By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are centered around custom dyeing and fabric transformation, where each order is processed specifically according to the customer’s requirements. Since the work involves skilled craftsmanship and color processing, every order is treated as a made-to-order service.

For customers located in Jaipur, the standard processing and delivery timeline is within 24 hours after pickup of the fabric or garment. For customers located outside Jaipur, the standard processing and delivery timeline is approximately 4–5 business days after pickup. All timelines mentioned are indicative and may vary slightly depending on operational factors, fabric type, or external logistics.

Once the fabric or garment has been picked up from the customer, the order is considered confirmed and the dyeing process begins. Due to the nature of the service and immediate initiation of work, no cancellation requests will be accepted after pickup. Customers are advised to carefully review color choices, fabric suitability, and service details before scheduling pickup.

As all dyeing services are customized and irreversible in nature, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Minor variations in color shade, tone, or finish may occur depending on fabric composition, weave, and dye absorption, and such variations are considered a natural and acceptable part of the artisanal dyeing process.
