Shipping Policy

We offer pickup and delivery services to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Shipping timelines are calculated strictly from the date of pickup of the fabric or garment and not from the date of order placement or inquiry.

For deliveries within Jaipur, orders are typically completed and delivered within 24 hours after pickup. For deliveries outside Jaipur, the expected delivery timeline is 4–5 business days after pickup, depending on the destination, courier partner, and logistical conditions. These timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control.

While we make every reasonable effort to adhere to the committed delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation disruptions, regional restrictions, or courier-related issues. Such delays do not constitute a breach of service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete pickup and delivery details, including address and contact information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
